The AP has reported that the company owner has denied they were involved in any action resulting in pets being killed or thrown over highways and bridges to their death.

We should all continue to follow this story closely to see what ultimately happens there. I believe the evidence is pretty clear in that they have photos and maybe even video of the event.  If so it shouldn't be hard to find the people responsible and punish them.
