Lucy was our wonderful Border Collie mix. She lived to be thirteen years old and was a fantastic little girl. Our son picked her out at a local animal shelter and she loved playing with him (boy did that dog love to run!). We miss her deeply already and this group is a tribute to our girl.

We are an all volunteer program that relies solely on foster homes to rescue and care for lost, abandoned and unclaimed animals within our community. We primarily rescue from the city pound where animals will otherwise be euthanized. We distribute low cost vouchers to help reduce the cost of spay/neuter and we also go into the schools to present humane education!
