While we were out to eat last night we notice a special segment running on The Weather Channel concerning dog safety and care during the hot summer months.   It was a well done piece that provided good and necessary information for pet owners.

You should all take special care during the summer months for your pets.  If you leave them outside (hopefully in a fenced in yard and not tied up), you need to still provide for their care.  The will need shade and plenty of water.  The water should be changed daily and you should check your pet for fleas and ticks.

Please be considerate of your "faitful companion".  Your dog loves you and depends on you for its every need.   Please don't ever let him down.
