I saw a story tonight on the news for this website.  It is a new site and they are working to provide a resource to save dogs that are near their end of life at the local animal shelter.

I have emailed them for permission to link to their site directly otherwise you can type in the address from above.  Hopefully they will also share some additional information and insight into theirorganization.
